Zilingxi He gen. nov. ḙḃaeoi

Diagnosis. A black line above clypeus (in species Z. dian sp. nov., this black line extended to frontal rostrum), vertex with irregular black stripes, large tympanum on the inner side of fore tibia, but no tympanum on outside, vein more or less crossed, cercus long, pseudepiphallic paramere of male genitalia possessing 2–3 branches, ovipositor short (length:width=4.6~4.7:1) and yellow in color, while in other genus, ovipositor long (length:width=8.4~9.5:1), and brown in color. Veins in yellow color while cells in black, a black circle on the apical area of hind femur.

Etymology. The specific epithet Zilingxi is for the Chinese phonetic alphabet ḙḃae, which refers to the black line above clypeus.
