Organization of Research Schools for high school students: Selection of participants: mentors and mentees (matching the fields of expertise with studen's preferences)

This lecture considers some organizational aspects of research schools for high school students, from selection of participants through finding mentors to pairing them with appropriate mentees. As an example is used the international Summer Research School
(SRS) in Mathematics and Informatics of the Student Institute of Mathematics and Informatics in Bulgaria.
