Contains all pairwise comparisons of clusters using the RaceID function diffexpnb.

• shiny__sc_ndata__pairwise_comparisons_of_all_clusters_Human_Liver_Atlas_Aizarani_et_al_Nature_2019.csv.gz:

Contains the ndata slot from the sc object (see RaceID package) that was used for the shiny application.
