Diagnosis. Palpi yellow; legs black; wings with five distinct white markings at least in R 1 cell (Fig. 10); halters black. Epandrium slightly longer than wide, rounded dorsally and truncate ventrally in posterior view (Fig. 11); surstyli large, longer than wide; aedeagus with short and thick anterior projection (Fig. 12).
