Diagnosis. Length of body 3.0–4.0mm; antennal segments 24–34; precoxal sulcus absent, except for a shallow depression; vein CU 1 b of fore wing present; hind trochanter and fore coxa without ventral carina; ventral carina of hind femur present in basal 0.6–0.7; tarsal claws with small acute lobe; hind coxa with dorsal tooth and at most finely punctate, its dorsal carina short or obsolescent; first epipleuron of metasoma distinctly sculptured, at least as strong as sculpture of second epipleuron; only three basal metasomal segments exposed; ventro-posterior rim of third metasomal tergite crenulate and differentiated from its epipleuron; length of ovipositor sheath 0.97–1.33 times fore wing.
