Monotypic genus (Delfosse et al. 2007), distributed over most of SE Asia, exhibiting accentuated sexual dimorphism. First instar nymphs mimic reduviid bugs of the genus Eulyes, while remaining instars are masqueraders, resembling flowers (Annandale 1900, Shelford 1902, 1903). Arboricolous, often on inflorescences, restricted to forested areas.

Bornean records. Sarawak: Kuching (SMSM), Mt. Santubong (SMSM), Limbang (SMSM), Bintulu (SMSM), Trusan (SMSM), Kapah River (Beier 1937), Mt. Mulu (CS in situ); Sabah: Tawau Hills (Delfosse et al. 2007), Poring Hot Springs (Delfosse et al. 2007).
