Host-plants. Quercus pubescens Willd. and possibly other species of Quercus in the Crimea.
Type of distribution (chorological group). Euro-Submediterranean; the species occurs from Spain and Italy to Sweden, Poland and Turkey.

Remarks. The species is common in the Crimea: widespread and very abundant.
