netCDF Operators (NCO) version 4.6.1
Description
This NCO version (functionally equivalent to 4.6.1) was used in preparation of the GMD paper "Bit Grooming: Statistically accurate precision-preserving quantization with compression, evaluated in the netCDF Operators (NCO, v4.4.8+)". As the title implies, any NCO version since 4.4.8 will produce the same results. However, only this version has an associated DOI to ensure indefinite retrievability.
