Material examined. Dam Bay, natural mangroves, 2 specimens. Abundance. Rare.

Measurements. Up to 30 mm (Thach 2005).

Ecological notes. Sandy mud bottom in intertidal zone to 20 m deep (Okutani 2000). Found on mud surface in lower intertidal zone.

Relation to mangroves. Eurybiotic.

Distribution in Vietnam. Central coast (Thach 2005). General distribution. Widely distributed in Western Pacific (Laseron 1959).
