The first Swedish specimens of this widespread Palearctic species (see Jaschhof & Jaschhof 2009) are reported here from three of the biological provinces in the country.
Previous distribution. widespread Europe (incl. Finland), Russia (Near East), Japan. Occurrence in Sweden: Småland, Östergötland, Uppland.

Jaschhof; male (CEC245), Uppland, Uppsala, Ekdalen NR, thin oak woodland, 18 Aug.–1 Sep. 2003, Malaise trap, SMTP (trap 27, collecting event 469).
