The paper deals with investigation of the relationship between the level of happiness, level of feeling joy, anger, fear, sadness, level of anxiety, neuroticism, depression, willpower, diligence with a degree of adaptive possibilities of behavior strategies in conflict situations, as well as with the probability of choice of behavior in conflict situations by such types as competition, cooperation, compromise, avoidance, adaptation in adult people.
