As a Domain Expert you actively contribute to the drafting and maintenance of the necessary policy frameworks, governance standards in close collaboration with Business , CADM Leadership team, management and the Product Owner for the activities around Enterprise and local Organisation Structures. You need to be a story teller, really good at communication and stakeholder management so that you not only create the policies but also successfully able cascade them towards bringing the change in the organisation. You create awareness and involvement within the organization by developing learning materials, publications, information sessions and all other forms of communication. You, together with the Product Owner, gather the relevant knowledge to build the capability further. You assist in priority setting for the capability with the Product Owner and the stakeholders.
You are responsible to advise the business lines and scrum teams on the implementation of the data strategy and in particular the use of Organisation Structure Data. You have an ongoing dialogue with the Lead Product Owner and stakeholders from business and IT, that enables you to create relevant standards and guidelines, as well as creating relevant content to inform stakeholders on various KPIâs, updates on progress and other Management Information.
As Domain Expert Organisation Structure Data, you will be part of the Enterprise Data Assets Grid within Chief Architect & Data Management. You also work closely together with the PO , development team and data stewards for the Organisation Structure Data Capability. You also have a constant dialogue with colleagues from the Data Governance department and other Grids within and outside CADM to algin on vision, strategy and implementation.
Having one enterprise wide qualified data asset for Organisation structure is one of the key factors for ABN AMRO which is used for all possible critical, non-critical processes ranging from People management, Cost accounting, Customer administration, Reporting, Analytics etc. With Organisation structure data, we create that insight by onboarding, implementing , exposing different purpose driven organisation structures in our Organisation Structure Data framework and create enablers to manage Organisation structure life cycle and several connectivity services.
Data Owners from Finance, HR, Business Lines, subsidiaries (Both NL and International) and Data Users from Finance, Risk, DFC and all other regulatory and strategic themes are our most important stakeholders. Both Owner and users are defining enabling and adoption requirements which needs to be verified and well documented for approvals to the Architecture and Data governance bodies.
With Organisation Structure Data, we play a big role in structurally improving the quality of the data in ABN AMRO. By doing this we support DFC, Finance, Risk and other regulatory, strategic themes with complying to regulations, improving internal processes and increasing the quality of reports to our regulators and make data driven decisions possible.
