Diagnosis: Antenna dark brown. Body yellowish brown. Supra-antennal area, around ocelli, median and lateral stripes on anterior portion of mesoscutum, depression of pronotal lobe, proepisternum, dorsal portion of mesopleuron, mesosternum, metapleuron, propodeum, anterior portion of petiole, spots on anterior and posterior magins of T2–T3, anterior and posterior margins of all tibiae and hind tarsi, dark brown. Remainder of legs, petiole and T2–T3 light green. Vein 1-mcu&(RS+M)b uniformly convex. Propodeum without areola, with reduced carina (Fig. 2).

Comments: Gena slightly more convex than in remaining species. Color of male similar to that of the female, mesosoma dark brown either entirely or at least on stripes on the mesoscutum. All coxae and femora with variations of olive green, with slight tone variations, but always uniformly colored across legs. T2–T3 with variable tones of green.

Type material: Holotype female (USU, examined).

Type locality: CHILE: Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena: Puerto Natales (Laguna Amarga).

Distribution (Fig. 4): CHILE: Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena: Choros de la Piedra, Puerto Natales, Puerto Williams, Punta Arenas, Río de Las Minas (Dasch, 1974; Lanfranco, 1974). Seno Beagle (Dasch, 1974). Seno Otway, Tres Brazos (Dasch, 1974; Lanfranco, 1974). * Región del Maule: Altos de Vilches.
