This Zenodo repository was created to store the first iteration of our canopy-snow interception dataset (Snow_Interception_Final_Dataset.mat). 
The ReadMe that corresponds to this dataset (Snow_Interception_Read_Me.txt) explains how the dataset is organized. 

This canopy-snow interception dataset was created using data collected from a citizen science platform, Zooniverse, through the project named, Snow Spotter.
Snow Spotter was founded by Max Mozer and the Mountain Hydrology Research Group at the University of Washington, Seattle, WA.

Snow Spotter is an active project (as of January 2022), collecting more snow interception data everyday.  
The dataset published in this repo was created by Max Mozer through the first iteration of Snow Spotter, and future datasets from Snow Spotter will be separately and all linked on the Results page of the Snow Spotter website.

"Evaluating multiple canopy-snow unloading parameterizations in SUMMA with time-lapse photography characterized by citizen scientists"
submitted to AGU WRR by the corresponding first-author, Cassie A. Lumbrazo (lumbraca@uw.edu). 
A summary of this dataset is provided in that manuscript.
