COVID19 NMA Data extraction form - Adverse events & other outcomes (10-11-2020)

This .xlsx file is the data extraction form with raw data for each adverse event or symptom of COVID-19 included in the meta-analysis

These .csv files are the prepared data files that were used for analysis in R.

- Column A, refID, corresponds to unique reference number of each trial.
- Column B, study, is the name of the first author. Names with _# indicate different trials or cohorts with different the same first author name.
- Column C, t1, which indicates intervention 1
- Column D, outcome, indicates the outcome where:
	1 = Acute kidney injury [for remdesivir, LPV/r only]
	2 = Cardiac toxicity (severe arrythmia, cardiomyopathy) [for HCQ, HCQ + azith only]
	3 = Diarrhea [for HCQ, HCQ + azith LPV/r only] 
	4 = Nausea and/or vomiting [for HCQ, HCQ + azith, LPV/r only]

	Symptoms of COVID-19 [within 28 days]:
	5 = Mental dysfunction/delirium
	6 = Fatigue

- Column E, e.total, corresponds to the total number of patients randomized to intervention 1
- Column F, e.events, corresponds to the number of events in patients randomized to intervention 1
- Column G, t2, which indicates intervention 2 (the comparator intervention)
- Column H, e.total, corresponds to the total number of patients randomized to intervention 2 
- Column I, e.events, corresponds to the number of events in patients randomized intervention 2
