The statistical analysis includes: Descriptive analysis of patient characteristics. Continuous variables were presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD) and categorical variables were presented as numeric values (%). The normality of the distribution was tested with the Shapiro-Wilk test. Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r) was used to calculate the strength of the bivariable relation between functional test variables. Three regression models were calculated using multivariate linear regression analysis. As result of these analysis two equations were provided (ONCORE equations) to estimate and stratify VO2peak and 6MWD from the repetitions of 30STS test. The statistical analysis was performed with SPSS version 25. Environmental/experimental conditions: Data from 120 women aged 18-70 years with a first diagnosis of early-stage breast cancer (I, II, III) who received anthracycline and/or anti-HER2 antibodies included in the ONCORE study, a randomized controlled trial investigating the effectiveness of a comprehensive cardio-oncology rehabilitation program to prevent cardiotoxicity in women with non-metastasis breast cancer. Participant characteristics were collected at baseline. Pooled data from functional assessment (30STS test, CPET and 6MWT) were collected both at baseline and post-intervention. Due to the required adaptation of the study caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, when disinfection of ventilation systems of CPET could not be ensured, the 6MWT was selected as an alternative to measure cardiopulmonary function. Consequently, participants performed either 30STS test and CPET, or 30STS test and 6MWT. In both alternatives, the two tests were done on the same day, with an interval of at least 10 minutes between each test, the 30STS test being performed first. Describe any quality-assurance procedures performed on the data: All functional assessments (CPET, 6MWT and 30STS) were performed by the same trained investigator. -------------------------- DATA-SPECIFIC INFORMATION -------------------------- Number of variables:25 Number of cases/rows: 120 descriptive data; 126 CPET-30STS; 85 6MWD-30STS VARIABLE LIST: Age (years); Height (cm); Weight.1 (kg); BMI.1 (kg/m2); WaistPerimeter.1 (cm); MenopausalStatus (No/Yes); Hypertension (No/Yes); Hiperlipidemia (No/Yes); Diabetes (No/Yes) Smoking; DiseaseStage (I,II,III); MolecularSubtype; Intention_chemo; Num_Cycles_Pre; VO2peak.1 (ml/kg/min); VO2Absolut.1 (ml/min); 6MWD.1 (meters); 30STS.1 (number of repetitions); Weight.2; BMI.2; WaistPerimeter.2; VO2peak.2; VO2Absolut.2; 6MWD.2; 30STS.2 ABBREVIATIONS: ID, identification number; BMI, body mass index; VO2peak, peak oxygen uptake; 6MWD, 6-minutes walking distance; 30STS, 30-seconds sit-to-stand test; CPET, cardiopulmonary exercise test CODE: NO/YES (1/2) Smoking (1=No; 2=Ex>6months; 3 yes; 4 Ex<6months) DiseaseStage (1=I,2=II,3=III) Molecular subtype (1=Luminal A; 2=Luminal B; 3=Luminal B/HER 2+; 4=pureHER2; 5=triple-negative) Intention_chemo (1=Adjuvant; 2=Neoadjuvant) Num_Cycles_Pre (0,1,2) DATASET FILE (xlsx) includes 4 sheets: - Dataset_variables: all variables collected pre-post intervention - Descriptive data (baseline): variables used for the descriptive analysis before the intervention (baseline) - Data_CPET-30STS(pre-post): pooled data from CPET-30STS pre-post intervention - Data_6MWD-30STS(pre-post): pooled data from 6MWD-30STS pre-post intervention
