Ready file of the study “HIV protease and integrase empirical substitution models of evolution: Protein-specific models outperform generalist models”

The folder “Substitution models” includes the four empirical substitution models developed in this study: HIVpr, HIVin, VIRpr and VIRin.
The folder "Method data" includes the method datasets (10 or 1 partitioned method datasets) used to infer every empirical substitution model.  
The folder “Test data" includes the 4 datasets belonging to evaluate the developed empirical substitution models.
