Leaves longer or shorter than scape, margins glabrous. Inflorescence cylindrical or oblong-ovoid; pedicels shorter than flowers or flowers ±sessile, horizontal or recurved. Perianth tubular-campanulate or urceolate, white, blue, violet to dirty purple or brown without green veining on lobes. Anthers violet or yellow. Capsule valves ovate, orbicular or elliptic with obtuse apex or cordate base.
