This data is for replicating the results from "Genetic polymorphisms in COMT and BDNF influence synchronization dynamics of human neuronal oscillations" with the python code found at https://github.com/palvalab/RS-Gen.

The folders N82_rest_amplitude and N82_rest_dfa contain csv files (delimiter = ';') with the amplitude and dfa values, respectively, for each frequency in the dimensions [subject x parcel]. 
The folder N82_rest_wPLI contains wPLI values in scv files for each frequency in the dimensions [subject x parcel^2]. 
The folder Plot_data contains data underlying figures in csv format. 
The folder Data_compressed contains pickled data that can be read with python. 
The folder Settings contains information about the subjects and Destrieux atlas parcels.
