MSA: A compact Python package for Multiperturbation Shapley value Analysis.
Description
A Game theoretical approach for calculating the contribution of each element of a system (traditionally, the brain or network models of it) to a system-wide description of the system. The classic neuroscience example: How much each brain region is causally relevant to an arbitrary cognitive function.
