Description

Integrated into the labor market becoming increasingly flexible and volatile, able to regulate moral harassment practices, bank clerks have been seen as a disposable workforce. This subject has been investigated in many contemporary studies, showing the prevalence of suffering and illness at work for this specific category. Therefore, this theoretical essay aimed to discuss the impacts of precarious labor and manifestations of moral harassment in the daily life of bank clerks. Therefore, a theoretical discussion was then proposed based on interdisciplinary studies approaching this topic.
