COMPILING THE CODE
You can compile the code by running 'runme.bat' in a Windows machine, or
using the 'make' command in Unix.

RUNNING THE MODEL
To run the model, two files named 'inmet.txt' and 'inpar2.txt' are 
required to be present in the execution folder. These also required to 
be associated to each other, specifically, the time parameters in inpar2
must correctly describe the time entries in inmet. These files will be
commonly named with a common suffix to keep them paired, and must be 
renamed back to 'inmet.txt' and 'inpar2.txt' to allow execution of the 
model.
An optional file  'exportflags.txt' can be present to determine which 
output files will be produced. In the absence of this file, all outputs 
will be produced.
