BCA*.m are two Bat Call Analysis (BCA) MATLAB files written by Holger Goerlitz for various previous projects (see files) and modified for specific use for this project.

Pdisc_CA.csv is short for Phyllostomus discolor Call Analysis - which is the data from the above MATLAB analysis scripts.

Pdisc_Choice_Test.csv contains the experimental data from the choice tests (along with all other metadata).

Results.Rmd is an R markdown document analyzing both of the two above .csv files, and producing results for the manuscript. Minor editing was done once the results were copy and pasted into a Word document to write the rest of the manuscript found at https://peerj.com/articles/10551/
