Variable description: - t(s): time - Power_level(%): The power level given to all magnetrons in percentage. There were 17 working magnetrons, each with a maximum power of 2kW. - Applied_Energy(J): A calculated variable. The applied power was obtained based on the time interval that each point of foam traveled inside the oven and the power levels given to the magnetrons in that interval. -Input_Moisture(%): The moisture of the input foam on a wet basis before entering to oven. The average value is obtained for each foam sheet by putting the wet foam on a digital scale. (This variable is shifted by 1129 s to be synced with the output moisture.) -Output_Moisture(%): The moisture of the output foam on a wet basis after exiting from the oven. The average value is obtained for each foam sheet by putting the wet foam on a digital scale. -Average_Delta_Epsilon: This variable refers to $\overline{\Delta\epsilon}$ in Equation (4) of the paper and is the average value of the 2D permittivity distribution estimated using the ECT sensor at each step. Additionally, note that the dry foam permittivity (e_ref) was estimated as 1.18.
