The dataset contains the biological triplicate mass spectrometry runs from the following sample:
- doublet microtubles from Tetrahymena thermophila SB255 cells
- doublet microtubles treated with NaCl from Tetrahymena thermophila SB255 cells
- doublet microtubles from Tetrahymena thermophila K40R mutant (Lysine 40 of alpha tubulin mutated to Arg)
- doublet microtubles from Tetrahymena thermophila Mec17 mutants (Knockout of Mec17 gene)
