File Name: species_[speciesname]_gdk_[lambda]_ds_[dsvalue]_method_block_model_output.tif Notes: speciesname refers to name of modelled species, either toadflax, knapweed, teasel, swallowwrot, parsnip, tansy, or spurge. lambda refers to lambda value for GKD, either 0, 1, or 3. dsvalue refers to amount of downsampling, either 1km or 20km. ##### Model Selection Matrix Dataset: Model_Selection_Matrix.csv Variables Species: species name Occurrence Downsampling: Degree of downsampling of species coordinates. Levels are either Twenty (20km) or One (1km) downsampling. GKD Background Lambda: Lambda value used to create the GKD background layer. Levels include Three (Lambda=3), One (Lambda=1), or Zero (Lambda=0/No GKD). AUC: Mean cross-validated area under the curve. Partial ROC Ratio: Mean cross-validated partial AUC ratio. Continuous Boyce Index: mean cross-validated continuous boyce index. Sensitivity: mean cross-validated sensitivity.
