Three mirror architecture for tilt invariant lateral scanning

Description

We present a reflection mode SOPi scanner which provides a tilt invariant lateral scan. This scanner consists of two off-axis parabolic mirrors and one galvo coupled plane mirror where galvo rotation gives rise to a tilt invariant lateral shift in the incident optical beam.
