Each plot represents a nest type: square: season's first nest; diamond: season's second nest; solid square: season's third nest; circle: season's fourth nest; solid circle: season's fifth nest; triangle: mating nest; solid triangle: breeding nest. Plots with similar physical traits are formed into three groups (A, B and C) surrounded by lines.
