Main Trends of Socialization of Youth in Contemporary Russia: Theoretical Analysis

The objective of this article is the examination of special aspects of youth socialization. This article is based on results of research of «Faculty habitus» and socialization of students in a classical university (a case study of the faculty of social sciences of Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod).; official statistics; materials published in contemporary scientific literature. The author considers the main youth socialization trends, which depends on IT and mass media influence, and changes in educational system.
