Multilocus sequence data of six species in the erato-sara clade of Heliconius butterflies (H. erato demophoon, H. himera, H. hecalesia formosus, H. telesiphe telesiphe, H. demeter and H. sara magdalena) for analysis under the multispecies coalescent model implemented in bpp and 3s.

The bpp dataset has three versions: blocks of 100 loci, blocks of 200 loci and all loci.
