jonaskat87/lava-solidification: Second release

The first submitted draft of "Some lava flows may not have been as thick as they appear" was sent back for major revisions. One such revision we made was adding a new set of simulations in which we compared our model with data from Hon et al. (1994)

v1.0.1 contains the the script we used for these simulations, honsimulation.m, as well as relevant datasets used in this script.
