This is the experimental and theory data of the publication: -The large "experimental.zip" file contains all raw measurement data from the emitters (spectra, satturation, g2), including g2 clicklists. *Files starting with "Satt" are saturation measurements with two data columns, laser power in front of objective in mW and measured countrate. *Files starting with "Spek" are fluorescence spectras with two data columns, wavelength in nm and intensity in arb. units *Large files starting with "g2" are the clicklists, saved as binary stream of int64. Timetagger time unit is 78.125 ps. *Small Files starting with "g2" are the correlated click lists with two data columns, time in ns and # of coincidences This includes the data shown in Figure 4. Summarized saturation fit results are in file "Saturation_Statistics_Data.txt", corresponding to Figure 6c. -The "nk_Data.zip" archiv contains the refractive indices extracted from ellipsometry, used for the optical calculations of the final device. - The "Figure_5.zip" contains all data shown in Figure 5: * The "Resonance_Spectrum_1/2/3.txt" contain the wide band spectra measured at the fringes of the antenna (Figure 5e). Correspondingly, the "Collection_Factor_Thickness_Profiles.txt" contains the calculated collection factor at these positions. * The "Final_Antenna_Bandwidth_Collectionfactor" file is a 2D matrix that contains the data from Figure 5d. - The "Figure_2.zip" contains data shown in Figure 2: * "Angular Power Spectrum Dipole in 350 nm Diamond Slab with Air" contains data from Figure 2a. * "Angular Power Spectrum Dipole in 350 nm Diamond Slab with bulk Silver" contain data from Figure 2b and 2c. * "Reflection from Slab bulk silver" contains data from Figure 2c. - The "Figure_3.zip" contains data shown in Figure 3: * "CollectionFactorSweepWithThickness" contains Figure 3a as a 2D matrix * "Angular_Spectrum" contains Figure 3b. First the plane waves, second the evanescent waves * "Bandwidth_CollFactor" and "Bandwidth_Reflectivity" contain the data from Figure 3c.
