This data file contains the raw data from the survivorship assays that are used in the LT50 assays for the mutation accumulation (MA) lines.  A description of the data in each column (Column letter, heading) follows.
Col A, "Block".  Lines were randomly assigned to a block, (most) lines are present in two blocks.
Col B, "Plate".  A random number assigned to each plate in the experiment.
Col C, "Line".  The MA line number in the MA treatment or the Pseudoline number in the Control treatment.
Col D, "Rep". The replicate number; the number before the period is the block number, the number after the period is the replicate number.
Col E, "Treatment". MA or ancestral (G0) control.
Col F, "Time". Hours subsequent to the initiation of the experiment; worms were first assayed for live/dead status at t+32 hours.
Col G, "dead". The number of dead worms removed from the plate at this time.
Col H, "total dead". The running count of dead worms removed from the plate up to this time.
Col I, "Alive". The number of worms alive at 128 hours.
Col J, "Total # (AT)". AT stands for "actual total", the total number dead + alive at 128 hours.
Col K, "Total # (WT)". WT stands for "written total", the number of worms that was originally recorded at time 0.
Col L, "(WT-AT)". The difference between the number of worms counted at time 0 and the total number of worms counted subsequent to time 0, i.e., [Total #(WT) - Total #(AT)].
Col M, "FA(AT)". Fraction alive at the time, calculated using the Total # (AT).
Col N, "FA(WT)". Fraction alive at the time, calculated using the Total # (WT)
