Description
NimbleAPT provides a collection of MCMC samples, adapted from nimble, to perform adaptive parallel tempering. This approach can be very useful when needing to use MCMC to sample multi-modal posterior distributions that are challenging to standard MCMC algorithms.
The key update in v1.0.4 is that WAIC can now be calculated in the same manner as in nimble.
