Temporal dynamics for the 32 species between 8 consecutives time periods at 794 sites across the French hydrographic network. 

* The 794 sites are identified by an unique ID: OBJECTID [link with data_Env.txt]

* The transition events for each species between two consecutive periods (Period1/Period2) were classified as follows: 
- extirpated (1-0)
- colonized (0-1)
- persisted (1-1)
- unoccupied (0-0)

* The eights consecutive time periods are defined as follows:
- P1: 1992-1995
- P2: 1996-1997
- P3: 1998-1999
- P4: 2000-2001
- P5: 2002-2003
- P6: 2004-2005
- P7: 2006-2008
- P8: 2009-2011

* Species codes can be found in SpeciesCodes.txt

* urbanization: degree of urbanization around the stream reaches [number of high dams (> 15 m) per
kilometre of stream distance within natural sub-basins (i.e., SSHYD from BD CARTHAGE®)]

* fragmentation: degree of urbanization [first axis of a PCA including the mean density of 
human population within natural sub-basin from the HYDE 3.0 database for the period 2000 and 
the percentage of urbanized land within a natural sub-basin total area, extracted from the first class
of the updated Corine Land Cover database (CLC2000)]

* Bioclimatic variables for each time period (_P1 to _P8) averaged within a time-window shifted by one year 
from the SAFRAN climate database
