SPCA README FILE

This folder contains input files for the R package adegent (Jombart 2008) to perform a spatial principal components analysis (sPCA) as described in our manuscript (Wilson et al. 2015). The folder contains microsatellite genepop file and associated spatial coordinate infile for the two populations analyzed in this study - Anchorage and Kenai Peninsula Game Management Unit 15C.
