SM_escape		- whether or not the slavemaker escaped from the host colony
SM_prevalence		- slavemaker prevalence in host population of origin (proportion of slavemaker colonies relative to host colonies); including available long-term data
SM_col_size		- median slavemaker colony size in host population of origin (median number of slavemaker workers per slavemaker colony); including available long-term data
