This data set contains raw data from our observational study: Medical Teachers’ Adherence to Trained Standards
After a Faculty Development Workshop on “Teaching With Simulated Patients”. It was analyzed using SPSS and transformed 
into a CSV file. It contains the data of 60 teachers, which we observed while teaching in a communication skills course 
with simulated patients. Apart from information about age of the participants and date of the data collection it 
consists of participants’ scores on the observational checklist. At the bottom of the file, the value labels of these
items are explained.
