Matrix-TUR-neutral.csv contains a pairwise distance matrix (in m) for all individual turbot samples caught in the Baltic and North Sea area. More details on the sample ID and the number of samples are listed in the main article Table 1.
Matrix-TUR-outlier dataset.csv is identical to the first pairwise distance matrix. However, the number of samples are less as some samples were not successfully genotyped for all outlier loci (See table 1 article for more information).
TURBOT-data.xlsx is an excel file enlisting the genotypes of all individuals used for classical population genetics. These samples cover nearly the entire distribution range of turbot in the Northeast Atlantic Ocean.
Files TUR-ENV-GEN-neutral and outlier.csv comprise of the respectively neutral and full dataset of turbot samples caught in the Baltic and North Sea area. these files contain latitude, longitude information for each sample, genotype information as well as environmental data used in the seascape analysis.
