This file contains all survival information on Salmo salar yolk-feeding stage offspring between egg fertilisation and stage = 03_Fry (time of first feeding).	
Missing data are indicated by "NA"

ID	Identifier for each offspring family, all individuals of a family shared the same environment, hence, this also indentifies family-specific compartment
Cross	Nine different offspring crosses; WWxWW = wild, DDxDD = domesticated, F1 (first-generation hybrid) = WWxDD + DDxWW, F2 (second-generation hybrid) = F1xF1, F3 (third-generation hybrid) = F2xF2, BC1D (first-generation domesticated backcross) = DDxF1 + F1xDD, BC2D (second-generation domesticated backcross) = DDxF2 + F2xDD, BC1W (first-generation wild backcross) = WWxF1 + F1xWW, BC2W (second-generation wild backcross) = WWxF2 + F2xWW
Reciprocal_Cross	Fourteen different reciprocal offspring crosses, like Cross but abbreviated as female cross by male cross representing the reciprocal crossing design
Dam	Name identifier of each of 39 dams; mother of offspring individual
Dam_Cross	Four different dam crosses; WW = wild, DD = domesticated, F1 = WWxDD + DDxWW, F2 = F1xF1
Sire	Name identifier of each of 67 sires; father of offspring individual
Sire_Cross	Four different sire crosses
Tank_ID	Identifier of each of 59 tanks, tank of offspring individual
initial_eggs	Number of eggs for an offspring family directly after egg fertilisation
survivors	Number of live offspring for an offspring family at time of first feeding
percent_survival	Percentage of number of live offspring at time of first feeding out of the number of eggs for an offspring family directly after egg fertilisation
percent_survival.logit	Logit-transformed value of "percent_survival"
