The .fasta file "PKS seq Sm metagenome assembly" includes partial polyketide synthase (PKS) gene sequences that were obtained from the assembly of the Sphagnum magellanicum (Sm) metagenome by in silico data mining (blastx of contigs and scaffolds from the de novo assembly).
