The .fasta file "NRPS-PKS hybrid seq Sm metagenome assembly" includes partial non-ribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS)-polyketide synthase (PKS) hybrid gene sequences that were obtained from the assembly of the Sphagnum magellanicum (Sm) metagenome by in silico data mining (blastx of contigs and scaffolds from the de novo assembly).
