These diploid nuclear DNA sequences were processed and aligned using CodonCode Aligner v3.5.2 (CodonCode Inc., Dedham, MA) as described in our manuscript (Gottscho et al. 2014). Unphased aligned fasta files are provided for 14 nuclear loci.
