This folder contains input and output files for RAxML v7.3.0 (Stamatakis 2006) implemented in RAxML GUI v1.0 (Silvestro & Michalak 2012) as described in our manuscript (Gottscho et al. 2014). Individual folders for 14 nuclear loci are provided.
