GENELAND README FILE

This folder contains input files for the R package Geneland v4.0.3 (Guillot et al. 2005) as described in our manuscript (Gottscho et al. 2014). Because we analyzed three treatments of our data, three folders are provided with input files for each treatment. The master R script is also included.
