The archive "CombinedMetaResults.tar.gz" contains the folder "combined_meta/" with following files:
one file = METAL Output [on adult cohorts (older age) ECRHS/NFBC1966/SAPALDIA/KORA/LBC1936/NSPHS/Lifelines (no childhood sample and FTC excluded due to young adult age compared to the other adult cohorts)]
Covariate adjustment = either BASIC/SMOK
Model = either cross-sectional at either time point (T2/T2orT3), cross-sectional combining both time points (repeat) or predictive association (predict) of DNAmethylation at T2 on change in outcome (lung function at T3 - lung function at T2/ follow-up time).
Outcome = FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC (FF)
Subsample = All [] or never smokers [NS]
