Each line of data in this comma-delimited file represents a sample of eggs collect from the Aransas Ship Channel. The file reports collection information and the amounts of individual fatty acids (expressed as a percentage of total fatty acids) plus sums and ratios of those variables.

SERIAL_NO: serial number for internal lab use
YEAR: year of egg collection
SPAWNDATE: date of egg collection (mm/dd/yyyy)
WEEKOFYEAR: week of egg collection within year of egg collection
WEEKOFSERIES: week of egg collection beginning with January 1, 2009 collection
FARUNDATE: date of fatty acid analysis (mm/dd/yyyy)
C14_0_PCT: amount of fatty acid 14:0 in sample
C16_0_PCT: amount of fatty acid 16:0 in sample
C16_1N7_PCT: amount of fatty acid 16:1(n-7) in sample
C16_2N4_PCT: amount of fatty acid 16:2(n-4) in sample
C16_3N4_PCT: amount of fatty acid 16:3(n-4) in sample
