This zip file contains two files:

IdealFreeMCMC-Oikos.R: R code to fit all models presented in the paper, using MCMC sampling
PublicData.Oikos.RData: all data required to run the R script. Contains all required benthos, bathymetric and GPS data in the form of R data frames
