Genotypes.txt
Genotypes for all anadromous salmon that entered the Escoumins River in 2009 (ID starting with a ÒPÓ), for the 42 samples collected by sport fishermen on catch and released salmon (ID starting with a ÒRÓ) and for offspring collected by electrofishing in 2010 (ID starting with an ÒAÓ).

C&R.txt
Data from catch and released salmon. The ÒLadderÓ column presents the ID given to a salmon in the fish ladder. Temperature is the water temperature when the salmon was released. Air is the length of air exposure time. Condition is a qualitative estimate of the condition of the fish at release (1: excellent, 2: good, 3: bad). Taille is the size of each salmon measured in the fish ladder.

Results from the identity analysis run with CERVUS.

Repro_anadromous.txt
Gives information about reproductive success as well as other information like the date of river entrance, if it has been C&R, size, and sex for each salmon that entered the river in 2009.
