REMARKS
All the samples consisted of disarticulated erod- ed plates except those from station CPH 4. The identification was based on comparison between solid plated balanomorphs from this region and depth: Pachylasma giganteum, Bathylasma hirsutum and Hexelasma americanum. In the southern area of the Azores, Bathylasma hirsutum was recorded by Young (1998b: 66).
